The founder of USA Elite Training, Jennifer Hapanowicz, has been instructing youth softball players of all ages for the past 13 years in the New England region, including CT, NH, NY, ME, and RI. Prior to owning USA Elite Training LLC, Coach Hapanowicz was the owner of Shoreline Softball & Baseball Institute in Madison, CT and was the Director of Operations and Softball Training at HomeRun USA, Inc.

Jennifer played college softball at the University of Rhode Island on an athletic scholarship as a pitcher and first baseman. She continued her playing in women’s leagues in New England for over the next 10 years.

During her coaching career, she has privately instructed numerous CT All State Players, State Championship pitchers, and collegian softball players. In addition, during over the past 13 years, Coach Hapanowicz, has had 90% of her students play at the collegian level. In addition to coaching youth players, Coach Hapanowicz has been a consultant to college softball programs including Wesleyan University and The University of Hartford
