This is where USA Elite Training, LLC Training Staff will take the player through a series of strength, agility and softball drills to determine which division a player would be considered for and what the player needs to improve upon in order to play in a higher division. 1. When to Start the College Recruiting Process?

All players who think they want to play softball in college. A player is never too young to start working on her personal softball marketing plan. Don’t make the mistake of many parents and start thinking about playing softball at the college level when your daughter is a Junior or Senior in high school. The ideal situation is to let us start to work with you and your daughter just as she enters high school.

2. How do I make a list of School that I am interested?

In order to make the initial list, a player must figure out some basic parameters to create the initial list, which can include the size of school, the location, their academic interest, and financial costs. The initial list of school should be large selection of school. To help your daughter to determine some of these parameters, it is recommended visit a few local college campus so that your daughter will some knowledge about a college campus.
